What steps do you take to make sure your work is always safe for both you and your customers, as well as their homes?
I have learned through safety designations and years of experience how to ensure my work and the worksite are managed safely. There is no compromise when it comes to the safety of my customers or myself. Further, I never engage in work that is beyond my skillset. I will always insist on a licensed tradesman when required.
How do you make sure a customer's home and belongings are protected from any damage during your handyman tasks?
When painting I cover everything with sheets of plastic. When completing minor electrical work (ie. replacing a socket) I shut off the relevant breaker. When completing minor plumbing (ie. fixing a running toilet) I shut off the water when required. I never leave tools or debris around where children, pets or anyone might hurt themselves on.

My reputation in this line of work is everything. I absolutely have to provide safe and professional services and I do. I want customers to want me back for any of their handyman needs and that won't happen if I don't provide safe and professional results.
